Payment Information

Mark's rates range from $150 to $250 per hour depending on the type of service.

Major credit cards accepted for co-pays and cash paying clients. 

Mark is currently credentialed with and accepting:

• Aetna
• Arizona Care Network (ACN)
• Beacon
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Optum / United Behavioral Health

Mark works with out of network insurance companies by providing billing information to clients so that they may be reimbursed for a cash rate.
