Payment Information

Mark's rates range from $150 to $200 per hour depending on the type of service.

Major credit cards and HSA cards accepted for co-pays and cash paying clients. 

Mark is currently accepting:

• Self-pay clients
• Optum / United Behavioral Health Insurance

Mark works with out of network insurance companies by providing billing information to clients so that they may be reimbursed for a self-pay rate.
