Mark's areas of specialty are grief and loss and anxiety disorders. Mark is also skilled with regard to family challenges such as divorce, infertility, codependency, loss, and LGBTQIA+ acceptance, or other relationship struggles. He also works well with clients who are experiencing difficulties with depression, and is experienced with mindfulness and meditation practices.
Mark has a calming nature and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Counseling, and Motivational Interviewing to challenge, support, and provide the tools for emotional growth.
Mark completed his education at University of Phoenix where he earned a Master's of Science in Counseling in 2010, and is certified by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health as well as the National Board for Certified Counselors. Mark works with adults age 18-75.
He has been practicing since 2010 and has experience in mental health, substance abuse counseling, couples counseling, and family therapy.
